Usability training

Our usability training program is a practical collection of courses that help product team members improve their effectiveness from early planning all the way through implementation. Although we offer some theoretical material, we focus on skills and tools that will help participants solve the problems they face every day. That's why every course emphasizes hands-on exercises. We limit our courses to 4-6 people to ensure that the participants get plenty of personal attention and coaching.

Trinidad Consulting is, to our knowledge, the only company in Estonia to offer such a comprehensive program on usability.

Program overview:

The program consists six half-day (4 h) modules (courses are in a form of practical workshop):

• Usability analysis and requirements management
• Creating usable navigation – card sorting and storyboarding
• Prototyping
• Usability testing and evaluation
• Planning usability tasks
• Usability metrics and ROI
