Defining enterprise information architecture

In order to achieve a faster overall workflow, we need to define the information architecture of your system. Without a clear view of the underlying information architecture, we can end up creating systems that are too confusing and cluttered with unnecessary data.

How the work process looks like

While doing IA analysis, we make a map of all the important elements, outside participants (clients, partners) while looking for blind spots and unnecessary processes. This results in a document that is often used as the foundation for long term (3-10 years) development plans.

We can determine if in 5 years you’re going to need software upgrades to support new services. The resulting documentation is easy to read (about 30-40 pages) and minimal technical terminology is used. Meaning that everyone can understand it.
