    Ander Tenno

    Ander Tenno, PhD

    CEO, Partner

    Ander is the CEO and co-founder of Trinidad Consulting. Majority of his time goes to business development, but as an expert in project management and process improvement, he also manages larger projects.

    In addition, he preaches, sells and configures Atlassian and AppDynamics software products. Before Trinidad he worked as a development and production manager at Tieto Estonia, a relatively large software development company.

    Ander has a double-PhD in Information Technology from Aalto University and Tallinn University of Technology. He is a member of Scrum Alliance and holds Certified Scrum Professional and Certified Scrum Master certifications.

    Should you have any car related questions, it is very likely that Ander can help you, especially if the car involved happens to be fast. After office hours you will often find him enjoying top-down driving or riding his bike somewhere in the woods.

    Hegle Sarapuu

    Hegle Sarapuu

    Chief Experience Officer, Partner

    Hegle is a consultant and a teacher of user experience methodologies, accessibility and interaction design. She is one of the first UX specialists in Estonia and a co-founder of Trinidad Consulting.

    Hegle has extensive public speaking experience and has given workshops to a wide range of companies, both in the public and private sector. She also gives lectures at The University of Tartu and The Estonian Academy of Arts.

    She has 14 years of experience in IT with skills and experiences across the full project lifecycle. Usually she is involved in bigger (up to 40 000 hours) projects, but she has also been active in smaller, design only, projects.

    Despite her busy schedule, Hegle still finds time to design jewellery and experiment with different cooking techniques. She has a special spot in her heart for technology, scientists and the fascinating world they live in. 

    Marko Nemberg

    Marko Nemberg

    Sales and Marketing Manager

    Marko is your go-to guy when you need information about our services. He handles all of our sales and marketing questions, but at the same time he is also participating in client projects.

    He has an extensive background in marketing and sales, having worked mostly in large international banks, and focuses mainly on content strategy and copywriting.

    Marko`s toolset also includes usability analysis, user research, game usability and user testing. He has studied Political & Governmental Sciences, Behavioural Psychology, Public Economics and Entrepreneurship at Tallinn University. 

    Marko is highly active in the Estonian startup scene, helping young companies solve their marketing, sales and user experience issues. He is also a technology fanatic and has published multiple articles in the Estonian IT magazine Arvutimaailm, Director, Postimees and others.

    In his free time you can catch him deejaying at the hottest Latin parties and clubs, fiddling with new technology, and teaching salsa classes.

    Andrus Sarv

    Andrus Sarv

    System Analyst, Partner

    Andrus is a system analyst who has worked in the IT field for 15 years. He is an expert on business process modeling and information system analysis.

    Over the years, Andrus has gained significant amounts of experience from different areas such as public administration, logistics, merchandising, telecommunication and real estate.

    He has a special ability to make sense of even the most abstract ideas, which is truly helpful when developing something new and unknown. It is also good for the client, who  gains a better understanding of the problem at hand.

    Andrus has a Master’s degree from Tallinn University of Technology in Automatic Control and System Analysis.

    Alan Altermann

    System Analyst, Partner

    Alan has worked 13 years in the IT industry, out which he has worked the last 9 years as a system analyst. His main expertise includes business process mapping, system analysis and project supervision.

    He has completed numerous training courses in project management and Agile software development methodologies.

    Alan has a degree in Informatics from Tallinn University of Technology and also a Master’s degree from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden.

    After office hours, you will likely find him travelling the world, watching football or trying to figure out what is really going on in the Universe.

    Liina Martõnjak

    Liina Martõnjak

    Senior UX Architect

    Liina is our UX architect and one of the few people in Estonia who has a degree in the field. She holds a Master`s degree in Human-Computer Interaction with Ergonomics from one of the world`s leading universities, University College London. 

    She has worked more than 7 years in the IT industry, in different roles – from developer to interaction designer. Besides prototyping, information architecture and usability analysis, she is fascinated by how design affects human emotions.

    Next to degree from London, she has a second Master’s in Informatics from Tallinn University of Technology. She also teaches usability and interaction design at the Estonian IT College.

    Liina loves challenges and learning new things. When not working, she is either traveling or discovering new and interesting films. Good movies always light up her face.

    Rene Rebane

    Senior UX Architect

    Rene is our senior UX architect who has more than 7 years of experience under his belt. He is an expert in usability analysis, web and mobile prototyping, usability testing and accessibility evaluation.

    He has a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from The Estonian Academy of Arts and a Master’s in Design and Development of Digital Environments from the University of Tartu. 

    His hobbies include building robots and hacking electronic devices. He organizes hackathons and teaches people to use technology the proper way. Rene is an active game designer and a co-founder of the small Estonian game development company Rikai Games. 

    Sander Lastovets

    Sander Lastovets

    Interaction Designer

    Sander started his career in 2009 as a graphic designer, first as a freelancer and later at different agencies. After a while he also started working on digital products and services.

    In 2009 he won the Gold prize at the Estonian Design Awards, in the category of Best Book Design, and later he finished his Master’s degree studies at the prestigious Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Ghent, Belgium.

    After office hours, and sometimes in the early morning, you can find Sander from the gym, practicing yoga and/or kicking butts at the Muay Thai classes. He is also a big video game enthusiast.

    Karin Paris

    Karin Paris

    Interaction Designer

    Karin has a background in product design and is currently focusing on service design and user research. She has a master’s degree in product design from the Estonian Academy of Arts.

    She has studied at the Politecnico di Milano in Italy and at the Aalto University School of Art and Design in the field of Industrial and Strategic Design where her focus was on user inspired design and service related projects. 

    After office hours, it is very likely to find her either dancing at a Bailatino class, renovating her home or traveling the world. 

    Hardi Niilo

    Hardi Niilo

    Interaction Designer

    Hardi is an interaction designer, specialised in digital media. He has spent the last 4 years creating beautiful web designs and writing front-end code. His toolset includes CSS, HTML, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator and WordPress.

    Hardi has a Graphic Design degree from the Estonian Academy of Arts and has studied at the Kunst Universität Linz in Austria, in the field of Interactive and Time Based Media.

    After office hours, you can find him reading up on the ever-changing world of web design.

    Heldi Raudsepp

    Heldi Raudsepp

    System analyst

    Heldi is one of our newest team members. She is an analyst who knows her field in full detail. Before joining us she worked at the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board where she analyzed various different systems. Heldi also has experience with identification validation systems.

    Taavi Lindmaa

    Taavi Lindmaa

    Interaction Designer

    Taavi holds a MSc. in Interactive Media from Tallinn University and has spent a good amount of time working at the Dopamine gamification agency in New York. Primarily in the shoes of a UX designer and product lead.

    He is a certified Gamification Designer and also a Startup enthusiast, mentor and connector. Taavi happens to be one of the most popular Lean evangelists here in Estonia.

    When not at the office, he is conquering the local wildlife and tennis courts. Only a few people know this, but he has also founded a non-profit company to support youth sailing in Estonia. 

    Kaur Klaaman

    Kaur Klaamann

    System Analyst

    Kaur has worked with IT systems for the last 15 years – starting from Network Security and Systems Management before moving on to System Analysis.

    He has designed and managed IT systems for different fields, from construction to orthodontics.

    Best described as pragmatic inventor and dot-connector with an analytical mindset, people tend to ask his advice when they need innovation or change in their current systems’ architecture and business processes management. He is used to thinking-out-of-the-box and delivering tailored IT solutions.

    Kaur has graduated from Tallinn University as a sound and multimedia engineer and is a member of Scrum Alliance, holding a Certified Scrum Master certificate.

    In his free time you can catch him travelling, hiking or taking part in backgammon tournaments.

    Norman Niklus

    Norman Niklus

    Interaction Designer

    Norman is an interaction designer with a heavy focus on the gaming side of things. He is also our go-to guy when front-end design is concerned. 

    He has graduated from the Estonian Academy of Arts as a Graphic Designer and is stepping more and more into the shoes of a UX Designer. On his free time you can catch him both developing and playing video games. 

    Together with Renè he is also making coding fun again at Code2Kids.

    Katri Selg

    Katri Selg

    Interaction and Service Designer

    Katri is a service and interaction designer in a single package. She has a Master´s degree in Service Design from University of Tartu. 

    She has competed at the Global Management Challenge management simulation, in the only all-female team. Katri has also been active in the Loomeelamuse service design project where she is the project manager and various others.  

    Before Trinidad she gathered experience in the digital and design agency Velvet.

    Kaire Tekku

    Interaction Designer

    Kaire got started with web development in 2006 and is a combination of a talented coder and UX designer. She has participated in many different training courses, been a volunteer in Romania and studied in Lithuania, Bosnia and India. She is also a part of the FC Flora football team.

    In 2007 she got a Bachelor’s degree in System Administration from the Estonian IT College. In Romania she studied photography and directing, and filmed 30 documentaries, out of which 2 were internationally awarded.

    Once back she began working in the Department of Estonian State Information Systems and two years later moved to CGI, former Logica. Kaire loves to travel, watch comedy theatre, eat spicy food and enjoys good company, and is a fierce bicycle rider.
